BabyCalm Preparing to Parent Course

BabyCalm preparing to parent course

The more you think about it, the more you realise maybe you’re not ready for this parenthood thing?

How will I know why the baby’s crying?

I’m not sure I even know how to hold a baby, and don’t even mention changing a nappy!

BabyCalmTM help!

Our Preparing to Parent course isn’t like other pregnancy courses you might see advertised. You will get to prepare for the realities of a newborn in the company of a small group of 6-8 couples.

We’ll help you to understand:
* Why and how babies behave and communicate the way they do
* Why babies cry and how to calm them
* Why babies sleep the way they do and how you can help them to sleep a little more
* What you can do to prepare to feed your baby the way you want to
* What you need (and don’t) for your baby
* How to perform simple practical tasks with your baby

The course is suitable at any stage of pregnancy.
