Your family, your way
Are you ready to give away those parenting books? The ones that leave you more confused than confident? The books might have worked for Jenny next door, but you, your child, and your family are different which means your needs are different.
I believe that every child, parent and family is different and therefore, they shouldn’t have to settle for a one-size fits all approach.
I believe that we should celebrate our children’s individuality and adapt our parenting to help them shine. When we stop fighting with our children, life becomes calmer and parenting becomes joyful again.
I believe that every situation can change for the better, but it starts with you, the parents.
I work families at any stage of their parenting journey, from antenatally, to babies and toddlers, to older children. It’s never too early or too late to get support. The best time is now.

common questions
Every child and their family is unique. That means you get to decide what your goals are and I support you in achieving them.
I offer different ways to work with me, and we always agree what that will look like before our first session.
Sessions care carried out on Zoom. This means that I can work with you no matter where you live.
Sessions are usually an hour long. However, I do offer one-off sessions and these last up to 2-hours.
Changes can happen as quickly as 1-2 sessions, but every situation is different so I can’t say how long it will take to see changes in your child.
What I can say is that when parents learn why their children behave the way they do, and how they can support support them, changes do happen.
They way I look at it is that you don’t plant seeds and expect your flowers or vegetables to be fully grown the next day. Your nurture them and when they are ready to grow, they grow. You wake up one day and there they are; beautiful flowers to see and delicious vegetables to eat. Parenting is the same. The positive changes you make now make a big difference in your children – even if you can’t see it right away!
What’s said in sessions is confidential. That means that it stays between you and me. I do not take breaches of confidentiality. Confidentiality will only be broken if you disclose something and I am concerned for your wellbeing, the wellbeing of your child (or children), or the wellbeing of others you spoke about. In this situation, I will need to break confidentiality in order to ensure that you/your child get the support you require. I will always do my best to discuss this with you before I speak to anyone.
Working with me is an investment in your child and your child’s family life. The investment starts from £195 for a one-off 2-hour session. I don’t offer a one-size-fits all service, so please get in touch to discuss your individual needs.
I am physically based in Glasgow, Scotland, but I work mainly online via teleconferencing (Zoom). This means that I am able to support parents all over the world. Isn’t technology amazing?
In the first instance, please feel out my contact form. That way we can discuss your needs. Once we’ve agreed what our work together will look like, appointments can be made via messenger, text, email, or at the end of our sessions.
